1. Service

Inboxchat is a hosted SaaS that connects to your Gmail or Google Workspace accounts to display them as chronological chat threads with optional AI summaries and transcript export.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Inboxchat. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not use Inboxchat to read email accounts that are not yours or that you do not have explicit authorization to access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Inboxchat is billed monthly or annually through Razorpay International. Plans are denominated in INR. International customers are charged via Razorpay is currency conversion at the time of each charge. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Inboxchat offers a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. The trial requires a valid card. You may cancel before day 14 to avoid being charged.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) attempt to derive or extract another user is data; (b) reverse engineer the service; (c) resell the service; (d) use the service for spam or other prohibited activity; (e) connect a Gmail account that you are not authorised to access.

5. Data handling

We handle your Gmail content according to the Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using Inboxchat you agree to that policy.

6. Service availability

Inboxchat is provided on an as-is basis. We aim for high availability but make no formal uptime guarantee at this beta stage.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxchat is liable only up to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost emails, lost contracts, or lost revenue.

8. Termination

You can terminate by deleting your account in Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of abuse.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
